Proof of Non-Germination If you have planted your seeds according to the instructions and they have not germinated, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange for new seeds. However, we do require proof of non-germination, which can be provided by taking a picture of the ungerminated seeds and sending it to our customer service team. If your seeds have not germinated, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund or exchange.
